The ABC’s of Amazing Evaluations - Kristian Crump & Brad Jacobs
You’ve got questions, We’ve got answers. Come to this open question format educational with all of your evaluation comments, questions, and concerns. Fielding the questions are two evaluation champions with 5 District Championship wins between them.
This session will be filled with the basics preparing you to give an amazing evaluation at your home club. We will discuss framework and roadmaps to delivering engaging and memorable evaluations. This fun and interactive hour will cover the basic fundamentals of preparing and delivering an outstanding evaluation, will reduce the stress you feel giving an evaluation, and have ample time to answer any and all questions you bring to the session.
We look forward sharing with you, our contest proven strategies for feeling calm, comfortable and confidant when you are called on next to evaluate at your club.

In this presentation, you will learn the value and how to get the most out of each of the components that make up a Pathways assignment.
