Dennis Dawson discusses the importance of giving honest criticism in a way that the speaker is able to incorporate the feedback and build their skills. The workshop will include a practical example with a target speaker and evaluations from three attendees who will try out Dennis’s techniques in real time.\nSpeaker Bio:\nDennis Dawson has completed the traditional Toastmasters education program two times to earn two Distinguished Toastmaster awards. He is a Past Governor of District 57 Toastmasters. Dennis is a district champion in the Humorous, Tall Tales, and Evaluation contests. He teaches drawing at local elementary schools, and volunteers as Santa Claus at San Jose Christmas in the Park.\n
