How to apply District Credits
To use the district credits, reach out to your Club President or Treasurer. They are required to compose an email to quality@d101tm.org, events@d101tm.org and cc d101tm.am@gmail.com containing a list of members and the club’s credit information. Once this information has been verified and confirmed, members can proceed to register using this form. Deadline to request the form is May 10. Application deadline is May 15.

Stephanie Angelo, AS, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CVP
Stephanie Angelo is the architect behind Built to Thrive® organizations, where she champions “slaying the villain of culture stagnation.” Known for her dynamic workshops and keynote speeches, Stephanie caters to a diverse clientele ranging from business owners to high-ranking leaders, emerging leaders, and human resource professionals.
As the creative mind behind the board game, Company Culture – A Game of Workplace Traction not Transaction®, Stephanie incorporates this training tool into her company culture workshops, facilitating fun and powerful experiences in-person or virtually.
Through her training, speaking, and consulting, she empowers clients to cultivate thriving cultures, crafting tailored, in-house programs that elevate employee performance, reduce turnover rates, and foster enriched organizational engagement.
Stephanie’s client roster includes industry giants such as L’Oreal Cosmetics, Intel, Scottsdale Healthcare, Doubletree Hotels, and CopperPoint Mutual. Her reach extends globally, to conferences and associations across varied sectors in the United States, Canada, and Europe.
Stephanie is an eSpeakers Certified Virtual Presenter, a professional member of National Speakers Association and Society for Human Resource Management. She is HRCI Ethics Certified. In August 2023 she was the 92nd recipient of the prestigious Toastmasters International Accredited Speaker designation (AS). This made her the first person from Arizona since 1986, the first female AS in Arizona, and the only American to receive the designation that year.
She loves to hike, read books that make her laugh, and is slaying her own villain of stagnation by studying German.
Michael Notaro, DTM, Past International President
Michael is author of the bestselling book “The Call of the Leader” (currently out of print) which was released at the 2019 Toastmasters International Convention and quickly sold-out. He is currently an active member of three Toastmasters Clubs in the Oakland area (District 57-Lakeview, City Center and Esteemed 88) and served with distinction in the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary. Michael is an attorney, professional mediator, speaker and author. He uses his Toastmasters skills every day to make life better for those around him.
Michael will provide inspiration, a broader perspective, and actionable strategies for personal and professional development, all while emphasizing the importance of member and club success. This event simultaneously revitalizes District 101 leaders, reinforces core Toastmasters values, and inspires greater engagement across the district, ultimately building a strong leadership foundation and a positive, motivated community.
