About the Event:
All District Council members (Club Presidents, Club VPEs, and DEC members) are requested to attend the bi-annual District 101 Fall Business Meeting. Your attendance is vital for establishing quorum to conduct official District business.
Important Voter Registration Rules:
- Registration Deadline: Friday, September 18, 2026, at 12:00 PM (Noon) PT.
- Voting Ballots: Online voting will be conducted via ElectionBuddy. You must register prior to the deadline to receive your ballot link on the morning of the meeting.
- No Proxies: In accordance with Toastmasters International policy for online meetings, no proxies are permitted.
- Multiple Roles: If you are President or VPE for more than one club, please submit a separate registration for each club to ensure your votes are counted accurately (up to a maximum of 2 club votes, plus 1 vote for DEC members).
