District Programs

Earn District Credit and other rewards for participating.

District 101 offers District Programs as incentives to help grow your clubs. Participate in District Programs to earn District Credits that can be used for one of three purposes:

  1. Buy items at the Toastmasters store. There are lots of gadgets that are very useful to clubs – get some meeting equipment, awards, gifts, and so on. These will spruce up your club meetings, make your club look more professional, attract guests and new members, and reward achievements.
  2. Convert the credits to physical gift certificates for use at the store later, or to give as gifts. Gift certificates don’t expire.
  3. Free tickets to the District conferences! Clubs can use District credits to cover registration fees of district conferences so your members attend for free. Many of us in the District can attest to the inspiration, enrichment, and information we learned from the amazing speakers at these conferences, and we highly encourage our club members to attend.

Current District Programs

D101 Club Success Plan Incentive

Timeline: Deadline — September 15, 2026

Incentive: $30 District Credit

Description: Set a strategic roadmap for your club’s excellence this year! Complete and submit your official Club Success Plan by the deadline to unlock resources and earn credits for your team.

How to Qualify:

1. Collaborate as an officer team to build your 2026–2027 Club Success Plan.

2. Submit the completed document to the District via the official submission portal by 11:59 PM PST on September 15, 2026.

D101 Club Officer Training Incentives

Timeline: June 23 – August 31, 2026

Incentive: Up to $50 District Credit

Description: Strong leadership forms the backbone of a thriving club. Ensure your executive committee attends the Summer Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) or official Club Officer Training sessions to qualify for District rewards.

Incentive Tiers:

Core 4 ($25 District Credit): Successfully train 4 of your 7 club officers during the promotional window.

Lucky 7 ($50 District Credit): Successfully train all 7 of your club officers during the promotional window.

Rule: Clubs qualify for the single highest achievement tier met (either Core 4 or Lucky 7).

D101 Educational Incentives

Timeline: July 1 – September 30, 2026

Incentive: Up to $100 District Credit

Description: Drive educational progress and help your members step up to the next level in their Pathways learning journey. Clubs can earn distinct rewards across two milestone categories.

Incentive Tiers:

Level Up Bonus ($50 District Credit): Have 3 different club members each complete a Pathways Level 1 OR Level 2 designation during the promo window.

Education Milestone ($100 District Credit): Achieve any 3 of the 6 available Educational DCP Goals (Goals 1 through 6) on your club dashboard.

Rule: Level submissions for the two sub-programs are mutually exclusive and cannot be counted twice.

D101 Fall Open House

Timeline: July 1 – August 30, 2026

Incentive: $25 District Credit

Description: Open your doors to your local or corporate community and boost your membership count this season! Host a club Open House event to capture guest interest and earn club rewards.

How to Claim Your Credit:

1. Plan, market, and host a formal club Open House event between July 1 and August 30.

2. Capture event photos or online video meeting screenshots during the session.

3. Email your event promotional flyer and meeting photos directly to growth@d101tm.org.

D101 Super Saver

Deadline: August 3, 2026

Incentive: Up to $100 District Credit

Description: Secure your club’s continuity and fast-track your success by managing your member renewals early. Renew before prices increase on August 3, 2026, to earn official District Credits.

Incentive Tiers:

  • $75 District Credit: Renew 100% of your base membership.

  • $50 District Credit: Renew 75% of your base membership.

  • Bonus $25 District Credit: Renew at least 8 members for two terms.

Note: Clubs qualifying for the Super Saver Incentive are excluded from the regular Early Bird Incentive.

D101 Early Bird Renewal

Timeline: Deadline — September 15, 2026

Incentive: Up to $50 District Credit

Description: Secure your club’s continuity and fast-track your success for the upcoming term by managing your member renewals early. Hit your benchmark registration targets by the deadline to claim official District Credits.

Incentive Tiers:

$50 District Credit: Renew 100% of your established base membership.

$25 District Credit: Renew 75% of your established base membership.
