The Club Success Plan is your club’s roadmap for the year — it turns your DCP goals into a clear, shared plan that your officer team and members can actually follow.
In this session we’ll walk through:
• What goes into a strong CSP and why it matters
• How to set realistic membership, education, and training goals
• Where to find the template and how to submit it
• Q&A with the District team
Submit by September 15 and earn $30 in District Credit Every club that submits a completed Club Success Plan by Monday, September 15 earns $30 in District credit.
