Toastmasters Base Camp Outage

Members planning to deliver speeches during the planned outage:

If you need support when the new Base Camp is released, visit our Pathways After Hours on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month at 6PM.

Additional important points to keep in mind:

1. Completed Levels Will Transfer: If you have finished a level, it will transfer over to the new system after the upgrade.

2. Uncompleted Levels Will Not Transfer: Levels not completed before the outage will not carry over, so we encourage members to finish any pending work before October 9.

3. Paths Being Discontinued: Five paths will no longer be available after the upgrade:
– Innovative Planning
– Leadership Development
– Strategic Relationships
– Team Collaboration
– Effective Coaching

The remaining paths include:  
– Dynamic Leadership
– Engaging Humor
– Motivational Strategies
– Presentation Mastery
– Persuasive Influence
– Visionary Communication

*If you are currently working on a path that is being discontinued, don’t worry – you can continue working on it after the upgrade. If you’d like to purchase a path that is being discontinued, you have until October 8, 2024, to do so.

4. Speechcraft Unavailability: Please note that Speechcraft will also be unavailable during this time. If you are planning to run a Speechcraft event during the outage, make sure to download the printed version of materials so you can work offline.

5. FreeToastHost Impact: During the outage, FreeToastHost will not be able to link to evaluation forms or Pathways projects. Please plan accordingly and download any necessary materials in advance.
